My Work
For over 14 years, I've trained, worked and taught in the realms of embodiment, ritual, shamanic energetic practices and somatic healing — participating and co-facilitating in over 100 medicine ceremonies and facilitating thousands of hours of deep transformational work for women.
I am a trained ceremonialist, certified embodiment teacher, psychosomatic healing guide and CTI-trained life coach, blending grounded methodology with intuitive, energetic, and ceremonial practices.
I specialize in helping people reconnect to the body as a source of healing, wisdom, and transformation — where symptoms are no longer seen as problems to fix, but as intelligent communication from the body.
My teachings are rooted in that the body holds a profound bio-intelligence that mirrors the intelligence of the Earth and Cosmic Universe itself. Healing in this way, becomes both personal and ecological — an awakening to the interconnection between our bodies, our energy, and all living systems. By slowing down and learning to listen, students and clients begin to perceive energy, work with it consciously, and redirect it toward embodied creation, vitality, and aligned living.
